Default tire size problem?

I for some reason thought my rear rims were 10" wide and are in fact 9.5. Well i bought some 295 35 18 BfG G-force tires and am told they will fit but will hook worse then if I had got 275 40 18 tires due to bulge. I have not mounted them yet.

Any thoughts?

Well crap! At least i got a deal on them $350 shipped for 2. Not sure what to do with them now, use anyway or sell. Now I need to figure out what size fronts to buy. 245 45 17 stock or 275 40 17, I have larger 9.5 rims. Wish we had someone local to widen rims cheap.
